Audience Connect

Audience Connect allows you to easily sync your CRM with Emma directly from the Audience page in your account! Each Audience Connect integration syncs your contacts nightly from your CRM to your Emma audience. Once connected, you can also choose to manually sync from the Audience Connect page whenever necessary. Keep reading for more details on how to connect your CRM to Emma using Audience Connect!

Connecting to your CRM

You'll find Audience Connect by clicking Connect on the Audience tab. Here, you'll find a growing list of CRM's to choose from.



To get started, click Connect beside the CRM you'd like to connect to your Emma account. Once you've set up a CRM on this list, you'll see the Sync now button. You can then either run the sync or edit the settings.

Next, you'll be prompted to log in to your CRM. The steps vary a bit from there based on the CRM you choose to connect. Visit the links below for detailed steps on syncing your CRM of choice:
