Plus account permission levels

Primary Contact

Each account can have one primary contact. 

By default, a primary contact has access to some areas of an account which other team members do not have. They can add team members and edit their permission levels, purge archived items, export audience groups, access billing, and generate API keys.

Team Members

There are four permission levels for your team members: Full, Editor, Author, Response only.

Their permissions break down like this:

Full

All tabs (Audience, Campaigns, Response, Automation).

Export audience groups*

Billing*

Purging archived items.

Add/edit team members.

Generate API keys.

Editor

All tabs.

Export audience groups*

Billing*

Member can create (but not send mailings); for more information on this, click here.

Author

The Campaigns, Response, and Automation tabs.

Billing*

All other areas of account

*Access to the Billing and Exports pages can be toggled for any user regardless of permission level.
