Share your mailing on social platforms

Share your mailing on Twitter and Facebook using Social, right from within your account. It's an easy way to multiply the reach of your emails and turn casual social followers into dedicated email subscribers.

Share a mailing immediately after sending it

  1. Click Review & Send in the editor, complete the fields on this page and send your mailing now.
  2. You'll be met with a page that shows your mailing has been sent and includes your connected social profiles to share to.

  4. Select the profile you want to share to. If it's Twitter, a character count appears at the top-right of the box. If it's Facebook, that character count doesn't display.
  5. Click the Post now button.

Share a mailing later after it's been sent

  1. Go to your Response page.
  2. Click the downward-pointing arrow to the right of the mailing, and select Share on social profile.

Helpful tip

Having trouble deleting a Social post from your Facebook page? There's a specific set of steps in Facebook's user interface that causes this. Here's the workflow:

  1. Post your mailing to your personal Facebook page.
  2. Go to your wall, click the downward-pointing arrow and select to delete the post.
  3. In the popup box, the Delete button isn't clickable unless you click the very top-right of the Delete button
  4. You can delete the post by first hiding it from your timeline and then selecting to delete it, or you can delete it from your news feed.

Pretty specific, right? It's how Facebook works with third-party apps and something that's likely to be fixed on their end; just know that there's the above workaround to deleting posts made to your personal page.

You must to post a comment.
