Manage account billing information

When will I be billed?

We send invoices via email the first of every month to your designated billing contact.

I didn't get my invoice. What do I do?

You can find copies of all invoices in your account by clicking your name at the top-right and selecting Billing, then Payment & Invoices.

If you can't access your invoices online, we're happy to send an email your way. Please take a moment to add billing@myemma.com to your address book or safe sender list to ensure our billing emails arrive safely.

How do I update the billing contact for my account?

If you'd like to change the email address where we send billing information, just log into your account, click your name at the top-right and select Billing. From there, you can change the contact information or add a secondary email address under Contact info.

How do I update my credit card?

To change the card on your account, once again click your name at the top-right and select Billing. Click Payment & Invoices and enter your new card details for your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover card. We'll securely store your card information and set you up with automatic payments so you won't need to manually manage your account balance going forward.

How can I pay an outstanding balance?

To pay an invoice and enroll in automatic payments, log into your account, click your name at the top-right and select Billing. From there, click the arrow next to the invoice you'd like to pay, and choose Pay invoice.
