Retrieving your archived items

Occasionally, you may archive items from Audience, Campaigns, Response, etc... that you'd like to retrieve. You can access your archived items and restore them to your account through your account settings. Here's the step-by-step how-to. 

  1. Click the drop-down next to your name at the top-right of your account.
  2. Choose Archived items from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click the tab (Audience, Campaigns or Response) that you are looking to restore items in.

  4. Once you find the group, mailing or response you are looking to restore, simply click the downward-pointing arrow to the right of the item, and select Restore.

If you wish to restore multiple items at a time, check the boxes next to the items previously archived and click the Actions button. Choose Restore.

You can expect archived items to be available for restoration to your account for 18 months. After 18 months, the data may no longer be retrievable.
