Seeing an individual's response history

Want to see if a particular person in your audience has been interacting with your emails? That's easy to do by checking their individual response history. Here's how to find it:

  1. Select View this contact's record from the options menu beside their name.

  2. Click on the Contact history tab to the right of the Contact information tab.

  3. You'll see all of the mailings that have been sent to that person, along with a record of his or her opens, clicks, bounces and forwards for each mailing.

  4. Hover over each response action to see time- and datestamp details.

You can also jump to that mailing by clicking on the options button to the right of the individual's response. From the options, choose either View this mailing (to see a copy of the campaign) or View this mailing's response (to see the group-wide response activity).
