Update your username, password and time zone

For login purposes, each Emma account requires a username and password. These are set up when an account is created. Setting your account’s time zone changes the times shown on your account and determines what time automated emails are sent out. In this article, we’ll show you how to update your login details and set your account’s time zone.

Update your username and password

To update your username:

  1. Click your name in the top right and select Profile from the dropdown menu.
  2. On the Basics tab, enter your new email address to update your username.
  3. Click Save.

To update your password:

  1. From the account dropdown menu, select Profile.
  2. On the Password tab, enter your current and new password.
  3. Click Save.

For additional account security, you can optionally turn on two-factor authentication.

Set the time zone

Your account’s time zone setting will affect the timestamp on saved and sent mailings, as well as any scheduled mailings.

To set your account’s time zone:

  1. Click on your name in the top right and select Account.
  2. On the Basics tab, select the appropriate time zone.
  3. Click Save.
