Branching is only available to Emma Plus and Premium customers. To upgrade, get in touch with us at upgrade@myemma.com!

Emma’s branching logic capabilities make it possible for you to branch your workflow into into separate paths based on whether or not contacts have opened a previous mailing in your workflow or clicked a link within a previous mailing in your workflow.

Here are the activities that you can use to branch a workflow:

  • Has opened a mailing in the workflow: Branch based on whether a contact in your workflow has opened one of the previous mailings within that workflow
  • Has clicked a link in a mailing in the workflow: Branch based on whether a contact has clicked a specific link in one of the previous mailings within your workflow, or any link within that mailing.
