Account login issues

If you're having trouble logging in to your Emma account, there are a couple of things you can try to regain access. For security purposes, Emma allows five login attempts before your account is locked for 30 minutes.

If you can't login in because you've taken over the account from the previous account administrator, please contact our support team for help.

Try these steps to login:

  1. Your username and password are case sensitive — Be sure to use the correct capitalization and check for spaces.

  2. Clear your cache and cookies — Clearing your web browser history can often solve login issues.

  3. Log in from another browser — Try logging in from a different web browser. For example, if you originally tried logging in with Google Chrome, try Internet Explorer.

If you forgot your password, go to the login page and click the Need to reset your password? link. If you continue to have trouble logging in, or your account is locked from too many login attempts, please contact support for help.

If using two-factor authentication, be sure the passcode is for your Emma account. Your authenticator application may be connected to more than one account. Make sure the auto-generated passcode you are using is for the Emma account you are trying to access.
