It's Easy to Reach the Emma Support Team

	The Emma Support team is available for live technical support Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central time, excluding major US holidays.

 

When you're browsing the Emma Support Hub, you can contact our Support team from any page. Simply look at the bottom right corner of this or any page and you’ll find an icon that says "Get Support". Click on the icon to launch a friendly, AI-powered virtual assistant, designed to quickly help you out. The virtual Emma can also put you in touch with our support team via phone or email, depending on the entry time. Or, you can also click here to get started.

While working in your account, you can get help by clicking on the question mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen and choosing Get Support.

Is Your Emma Account Role a Supported User?

	In order to receive support from our team, you'll need to have a supported role for your account type. If your role is not supported and you need assistance, you’ll need to contact someone on your team who is supported to assist you. If your account has purchased subaccount support, then any user can contact our support team.

If you have a Lite, Plus, or Essentials account, or if your tiered account has purchased subaccount support, then all account users are supported. If your tiered account has not purchased subaccount support, then please refer to the table below to determine if your role is supported.
