InformationBodyThis article explains how to use the Mindbody integration to trigger automations. The Mindbody integration imports contacts from your Mindbody account to your Emma audience on a nightly basis. You can also pair it with our automation and segmenting tools, so that you can create email campaigns that strategically target your audience. Here, we'll look at two types of automations that you can use with your Mindbody contacts. In this article Automation triggers Automation examples Additional resources Automation triggers The Mindbody integration is compatible with the field change trigger and the date-based trigger. For a list of all Mindbody fields that you can map, please refer to this article. Field change Brand new contacts cannot trigger a field change workflow. This means that the first time a contact is added to Emma from Mindbody, they will not be eligible to trigger any field change workflows. In order to be eligible, a contact must already be in your Emma audience and then have a field change. Changing a field in Mindbody does not initiate an import to Emma. Once you update a field in Mindbody, the field will not change in Emma until a sync is run. Date-based For Mindbody date-based workflows, we recommend that you delay the workflow trigger by two days. If you operate in US Eastern time, we recommended that you delay the trigger by three days instead. This gives enough time to ensure that all data has been imported before attempting to trigger automated campaigns and decreases the chances of a contact missing their cutoff time.
