InformationBodyThis article explains how to use personalization tags to address customers who have abandoned their online shopping carts. Personalization tags allow you to target your customers in a number of ways, including through abandoned cart campaigns. Similar to how you can bring in your customer's first name using a personalization tag, checkout data can be brought into a campaign using an event tag. Take a look below at the list of information that can be brought in to any of your campaigns and the tag you'd use for it. ✎NoteThe event tags listed in this article are specific to the Emma for Shopify integration, which was sunset in 2023. These tags can still be used with the custom API event trigger, as long as the syntax of your JSON payload matches the syntax of the tags here. For example, in order to use the [% event:total_cost %] tag, you must have a key / value pair with the key total_cost. For more information, please refer to the "Additional Resources" section.
