This article explains which web browsers are supported by Emma and which ones are not.

A web browser is essentially a portal used to access the internet and there are a number of options for consumers to choose from. When creating Emma, we designed it to work with the most commonly used web browsers and we consistently test the application in those browsers as well. Although Emma may work fine in other web browsers, we are not able to provide support for troubleshooting issues with them, so be sure that you are using the latest version of one of the supported web browsers below when you are accessing your Emma account.

Supported web browsers

Emma is designed to work with the most up-to-date versions of the following browsers.

• Mozilla Firefox
• Apple Safari
• Microsoft Edge
• Google Chrome

Unsupported web browsers

Emma is not designed to work with the following browsers, regardless of version.

• Camino
• Internet Explorer
• Opera
• Seamonkey
• Everything else

What about mobile?

At this time, the Emma application is not supported on mobile devices. While some users may be able to go directly to myemma.com/login and enter their credentials without issue on their mobile device, others may be unable to do so. Additionally, we are constantly updating Emma, so someone who may be able to log in on mobile today, may not be able to do so tomorrow. We recommend accessing Emma from a desktop or laptop computer using a supported web browser with the latest browser version and operating system for the best experience.
